- Standard Shipping takes 3–4 business days for domestic orders and 6–12 business days for international orders. International duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer..

Express Shipping typically takes 1–2 business days for domestic orders and 5–8 business days for international orders, depending on location. Please note that VALENTINA V. VAUGHN is not responsible for international duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Our policy allows 10 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, once 10 days have passed, we can no longer offer store credit or exchanges.
- No Refunds
- Returns are accepted for store credit only. Your credit will be emailed to you as a gift card and can be used anytime—it never expires.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging with hang tags and security tags still attached.
